Vision and aims of organization The Human RightS Initiative (HRSI) is an awareness raising and capacity building organization based at Central European University (CEU). HRSI’s mission is to promote social engagement through awareness raising and capacity building. Our main target groups are CEU students
and alumni, local and regional students, NGO staff and activists as well as local and regional NGOs.

Activities main focus To raise awareness of human rights and promote social responsibility, to provide trainings and practical experience in human rights-related issues, to incorporate non-formal education into the educational experience of our target groups and to offer experiences for networking amongst the local, regional and international community of human rights and NGO professionals.
