Vision and aims of organization The main purpose of ATYA is the enlightenment of people,
especially youth, in the social, scientific-cultural and legal spheres; to encourage development thinking; and to strengthen their role in civil society building.
Organisation’s core areas of expertise Peace building, youth empowerment, project writing,  implementation and evaluation, networking. ATYA is also a host organisation.

  • Conflict resolution and peace building;
  • NGO/Civil society and community building/development;
  • Youth development, capacity building, apprenticeships
    and business education;
  • Advocacy, active citizenship, youth exchange and
    voluntarism;
  • Art and culture;
  • Human rights education and promotion;
  • Healthy life styles (HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and
    Malaria prevention);
  • Environment and biodiversity education.

International Day of Peace In general it is one of our wishes to organize 21 September – International Day of Peace for Azerbaijan Youth. We are planing on inviting our partners to Azerbaijan where they will wear national clothes and we will organize a street festival.
