Vision and aims of organization |
The Arab Educational Institute (AEI – Open Windows) is a Palestine-based NGO that is dedicated to empowering youth, women and educators living under difficult political and social circumstances. We work through open community education, the facilitation of local and international exchange, and the celebration of Palestinian culture and narrative. |

Activities main focus |
Much variety: Youth discussion groups, leadership training, fieldtrips, film-making, publications and conferences, choir, teacher training, non-violence training, visitor program. In general: helping to discover and communicate the Palestinian identity. Holistic approach. |

International Activities 2010-2011 |
Visits to intercultural exchanges abroad, women groups soon visiting Holland in September 2011 (among them a youth group), two international conferences in Bethlehem in which we were the (head) organizer. |

School project for inter-religious learning operative in the central West Bank: school projects, fieldtrips, common celebrations |

Youth and women groups coming together in the Youth House and Sumud Story House respectively. |
