Everything, that has a beginning, ends at some point. I would hereby like to say my goodbye to UNOY Peacebuilders as the advocacy officer in charge from September 2011 to February 2012. As I look back, the last 5 months rushed away like a train from its station. They have been those busy months when you can gain loads of experience and practical knowledge, when you are facing challenges and getting to know new friends.
However, I will miss the young Peacebuilders around me. I feel grateful that I could fully enjoy the internship while I was able to contribute with my own peace-bricks to UNOY Peacebuilders and to a good cause. I believe I will able to take with me the professional and the personal development I gained here at UNOY Peacebuilders, and, in addition, I’ll remember all the smiles of my colleagues I worked closely with.
