UNOY Peacebuilders together with UPACT are arranging the seminar “Educating for Peace: Exploring Successes, Challenges and Opportunities in Youth Peace Initiatives”, which will be held on the February 4-5, 2012 at the IB Global Centre in The Hague, the Netherlands.
The theme of the seminar is youth peace initiatives in peace education. The first day of the event will be the actual seminar and on the second day parallel workshops are going to be organized to equip the most interested and committed participants with skills that are essential in the field of youth peace education.
The topics of presentations, panel debates and workshops range from “How can peace education transform society?” through “Peace Education in Colombia” to the “Use of Internet in Peace Education”.
