The Professionalization course was organised in the spring of 2009 by a new network called “ young en innovative”, which is a coalition of new and innovative development NGOs active in the Netherlands. The training aimed to facilitate the professionalization of young developing organisations working with partners in the south. From the UNOY office the International Coordinator and the Project Coordinator attended. The training covered issues like Human Resource management, Partnership and finances.
