YERITAC is an Armenian youth organization. Its mission is regional and international youth collaboration, implementation of youth projects in various aspects of social life, including democratization, peace building, civil society formation, human rights, cultural heritage, ethnic relations, youth integration and development, social conflicts etc.

Besides the abovementioned, the organization is involved in the sphere of scientific research and assistance of young scholars. Its mission is organization of local and international youth conferences for students, PhD researchers and young scholars enrolled in social and behavioral sciences, making scientific publication resources (in the Internet, libraries) more available for young scholars.

YERITAC currently has 14 active members involved in different projects of the organization whose ages vary from 18 to 30. Most of them work on volunteer basis. Besides, there are number of people of different ages who have status of fellows and assist YERITAC in various projects and/or participate in some of them.

Biggest successes

One of the biggest successes of YERITAC was the organization of its first big international conference on National Democracies in 2006 without any donor’s funding, sponsorship and even without an office for the organizational matters and meetings. Only thanks to the assistance of our friends, partners as well as belief and honest efforts of its volunteers YERITAC succeeded with its First International Youth Conference on National Democracies.
