Lillian Solheim is working as the International Network and Programme Coordinator at UNOY Peacebuilders in The Netherlands. Lillian Solheim is originally from Norway and has an MA in International Relations from the University of Kent, Brussels. She has previous volunteer and work experiences from various NGOs and international organisations, including Search for Common Ground and the United Nations Regional Information Centre. She was a Soliya Connect Program Facilitator in 2009 and 2010. She was assistant national leader for the Ship for World Youth Programme in 2009 and will be a Course Advisor in the same programme in 2011. She is also co-author of a number of articles and toolkits related to youth work and peacebuilding. |

Stephanie Moy is originally from France but has lived in the United Kingdom and lives in Netherlands since 2008. She completed her MA in Political Science and Communications in 2007 in France and worked in communications for several years, volunteering in various associations in her spare time. In 2005, she became the president of La Route des Jeunes, a French road safety association dedicated to the youth. This experience has been a turning point and since, Stephanie has been involved in other NGOs such as Emmaus International or currently Friends of the Earth. Stephanie is joining UNOY Peacebuilders as the International Secretariat and Outreach Coordinator in October 2010. |

Myrthe Welten is from the Netherlands and is currently finishing her Bachelors degree in European Studies at The Hague University. She completed a part of her degree at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in Durban, South Africa. At UNOY Peacebuilders she will be filling the position of the African Desk Officer. |

Julia Deng is from China where she earned her BS in mathematics. Later she obtained her Master degree in Finance from Free University of Amsterdam. She has also had working experience as a system engineer and VBA programmer. Currently she is utilizing her knowledge in finance and programming to work as UNOY Peacebuilders Financial Officer |

Roosmarijn de Geus is from the Netherlands and completed a Bachelor in International Relations and a Master in Conflict studies and Human Rights, both at Utrecht University. During her studies she focused on issues of human rights, the changing character of war and democratization. In the course of her master she completed an internship with the Dutch NGO Cordaid for which she worked with the emergency aid and reconstruction sector, specifically on Sudan. She wrote her Master thesis on the recent elections in Sudan and democratization in post-conflict societies. She will work with UNOY Peacebuilders at the Africa Desk and assist with the organization of the African Students Conference. |

Vera Santner is from Austria where she has obtained a Master degree in Cultural and Social Anthropology (University of Vienna, 2010). During her studies she focused on Peace and Conflict studies as well as human rights. With her interest in Asia, manifested in various travels to the region as well as field research in the Philippines, and her experience in youth and NGO work she will be the new Asian desk officer at UNOY Peacebuilders. Additionally, she will also develop a training manual and assist with representative, administrative and secretarial tasks. |
